The nexcem ICF blocks make a very livable house. For over 13 years, we have enjoyed the energy savings (wood heated) and moisture control (no mold in the basement). Insulation on the outside with the moisture storage of the cellulose fiber in the nexcem blocks makes a very comfortable home.

Very nice build, the system goes together with ease and is very stout. During the concrete pumping it was a challenge because there was next to little light to see if the concrete was coming along in four foot lifts.
